Once listed with ABCE, you will receive periodic email alerts (about 1/month) related to clean energy events, coalitions & alliances and/or marketing opportunities.

Terms of Listing

By requesting a company listing on the American Businesses for Clean Energy (ABCE) website, I acknowledge that I am an officer or otherwise authorized to act on behalf of and bind the company I represent, and I further acknowledge that the name (and logo if I have submitted it), of the company I represent will be listed on www.americanbusinessesforcleanenergy.org declaring support for Congressional action to pass effective climate and energy legislation. I further acknowledge that the company I represent authorizes the use of the information (and logo, if I submitted it) that I have provided for the purpose of publicly demonstrating and expanding business support for such policies through any form of media and that my name (and logo, if I submitted it), may be listed next to the name and logos of other corporations and associations and non profits also supportive of such policies. I release and hold harmless American Businesses for Clean Energy from any liability or damages stemming from its use of the information (and logo, if I submitted it) I have provided. American Businesses for Clean Energy may keep me informed of the group's progress and of additional opportunities to help support clean energy and climate policy.
